@oskar123123 I have the exact same issue, shadows/ light flash/ flicker at 4:00am to 6:00am though. When the sunrise comes up the shadow it casts seems to have a giant spaced gradient.
I wanted to further talk about this mod as it is fairly interesting.
Pro & con:
By itself, with no enb, reshade, or visualv this mod takes about 10-20 fps off on older systems.
In general I get 30-50 fps (will comment further if necessary)
Looks fairly impressive and at times stunning as a whole.
Appears to run good and causes no abnormal lagging.
The installation and the addons work well.
There is some abnormal lagging on older systems in certain spots when mod is installed with some "optional" things, perhaps the enb.
Some areas are too bright for some reason.
I notice flickering in areas, which is unacceptable.
Some addons feel as if they should be built into the mod (brighter nights & brighter ambulance lights), but that's just me more nitpicking.
What the heck did the author put into the train at West Vinewood. My fps go from 45 to 18
I think this mod broke my game. Had to delete the mod folder and reinstall all of my things again.
The window lights and various light sources are very bright at night, is this intended? They look fine in some places.
Actually, nevermind, I figured it out. Car pain sounds are not included, and some other ones. Still a great mod.
So OpenIV can't load audio files from mods folder?
Learn what rice is.
That score is too low for an okay-ish mod, grow up.
